he Dragas Group is a multigenerational, family-owned development and operating company. We focus on building, owning, and operating restaurants, coffee houses, commercial real estate, and residential properties. Our mission is to create profitable, self-sustaining, vibrant, ethical, and relevant businesses. By establishing these businesses, we aim to give our employees independence, dignity, and control over their lives.
Based in Virginia Beach, the Dragas Group has specialized in commercial and residential real estate development for over 30 years. For the past decade, we have focused exclusively on developing properties for our own portfolio, with an emphasis on condominiums, offices, and restaurants.
We are currently aggressively acquiring commercial real estate opportunities in the following markets to develop and hold, specifically looking for small-town centers adjacent to medical & educational.

We excel at selecting locations based on comprehensive demographic analysis and overseeing the entire process from construction to build-out. Our goal is to successfully launch more than a dozen of our concepts each year. We are actively pursuing commercial real estate opportunities, with a particular emphasis on small-town centers near medical and educational institutions.
Construction
With decades of experience in both commercial and residential construction, we prioritize a strong foundation and meticulous attention to detail throughout every project. Our services include permitting—managing applications and processes to obtain necessary permits for development projects involving re-zoning, special use, exceptions, variance and waiver requests, and consulting on building code compliance.
Support
Our above-store staff is essential to the finely tuned machine that supports every property and business under the Dragas Group umbrella.
Lobbying services, namely, promoting the interests of real estate owners in the fields of legislation and regulation through public hearing presentations and providing advocacy services for others in public hearing presentations to promote awareness of real estate development projects and interests of real estate owners in the fields of legislation and regulation.
Operations
The operational management of our stores and properties is crucial to our success. We own and operate over 175 franchise restaurants across Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and California, representing Taco Bell, Buffalo Wild Wings, KFC, and Pizza Hut franchises. Additionally, we run our private concepts, Mudhouse, Moku Roots, and Fire & Vine, in Virginia, South Carolina, and Hawaii.
